Guiding Clarity Rooted in Catholic Traditio n

I help people rediscover who they are after family trauma through gentle coaching rooted in Catholic tradition, so they can grow into a life of peace, clarity, and purpose.

If you’re here, you may be carrying questions that don’t have easy answers

You might feel pulled between who you’ve always been told to be and a quieter, deeper sense of who you truly are. Maybe your family story shaped you in ways that feel confusing, heavy, or hard to untangle. You’ve held things together for a long time—but something in you is ready for clarity, for truth, for peace.

That’s where I come in.

My work is rooted in walking with people as they gently sort through the layers of family experience, expectation, and identity. Together, we prayerfully create a space to understand what’s yours to carry—and what never was. Not by rushing or forcing change, but by learning how to notice and discern the thoughts, beliefs, and interior patterns that shape your life.

As a student of St. Thomas Aquinas, I help you begin to recognize the difference between thoughts that lead you toward truth, freedom, and wholeness—and those that keep you stuck in fear, confusion, or false responsibility. This kind of discernment isn’t about overanalyzing yourself. It’s about learning to listen more deeply to who God created you to be so you can respond to your life with clarity and integrity.

My own journey led me here. Through navigating complex family dynamics and deeply personal questions of identity and faith, I came to see how easy it is to lose yourself in roles, responsibilities, and survival. I also discovered that clarity doesn’t come from striving harder—it comes from learning how to listen differently.

Now, I help others do the same.

Through gentle, client-centered coaching rooted in prayerful reflection, truth, and faith, I support you in rediscovering who you are beneath the noise. So you can move forward with greater clarity, steadiness, and a renewed sense of purpose—one that feels grounded, honest, and truly your own.
